You are welcome to visit our office if you wish to see our operations, make a payment or discuss your trip plans.
It is best if you call before coming so we can be sure the right person is free to serve you. Our normal office hours are
Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm with a lunch break from 12-1. We do answer our mobile phones outside office hours if you wish to
contact us. We are closed public holidays but again will answer our phones and can still book tours.
Our office is located in the historic Jianguomenwai Diplomatic Compound. Now open to the public it previously held
only diplomats and news media staff. While the walls are reputed to be bugged, it seems no one is listening anymore!

Note there are two diplomatic compounds close together, and taxi drivers sometimes get them confused. Make sure you go to the "Jianguomenwai Waijiaogongyu" and not "Qijiayuan". Any questions have your taxi driver phone us. Also showing the printed map in Chinese below should make this point clear.

Here is a printable map you can show to a taxi driver or you can phone 8532 2274 (or 8532-1565 / 15910740785) and we will direct the taxi driver to our office. Subway stop Jianguomen, exit B, turn left outside. We are in the Jianguomenwai Diplomatic Compound. Your taxi may enter, just wave the army guard.
Building number 7-1 (next to the north gate), 8th Floor, Room 81. There is no security, come up to the office directly.
Office hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 12 noon and 1pm to 6pm, Public holidays excepted. You may call first.
