A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. The other 50% must be paid in full 30 days before the date of arrival

Payment may be made by bank transfer. We also accept Paypal/Credit Card with a 5% service charge

Deposit will vary from property to property. It will be returned upon departure so long as everything is kept in good condition.

Cancellation before May 8, 2008 (90 days before start of games) – 80% of deposit refunded

Cancellation before June 8, 2008 (60 days before start of games) – 65% of deposit refunded

Cancellation before July 8, 2008 (30 days before start of games) – 50% of deposit refunded

Less than 30 days before the start of games, no refund of deposit.

Full balance must be paid at least 30 days in advance or risk forfeiting rental and deposit.

If full balance is paid and you cancel before 30 days in advance, only the deposit is penalized and your balance is returned in full.

Checkout time is 12 noon. Arrival time is after 2pm

As international flights arrive and depart and odd times you can still use the common areas and store your bags if you arrive early or depart late. We are flexible depending on if your room is available early or needed when you depart.
