Morel's

Mr. Renaat Morel, an entrepreneur-cum-chef de cuisine, established Morel's in 1999, offering Flemish (the northern region of Belgium) fare with a touch of French flavor. Morel's steaks are known for their prime quality from locally-bred beef. Pot mussels cooked grandmother style (98RMB) is a must, The Brussel black pepper steak and tomato with crevette (118RMB) is also highly recommended. The place, which looks like a typical small family restaurant in Brussels, is lively and crowded so remember to make a reservation; if not, sit at the bar and sample one of the many Belgian beers on the extensive beer list, such as the Trappist beer or one of the fruity beers. The Brussels waffle topped with specially picked strawberries makes a perfect end to your meal at Morel's.
