Yotsuba
Who would have think that hiding behind this unimpressive box-like shop front is a heaven for sushi lovers? Yotsuba’s fish and seafood are flown in every other day from the famous Tsukiji market in Tokyo. Watching the sharp knife flying through the fish puts you into a trance as dish after dish of otoro, chutoro, akami, appear almost magically before you. The place is always packed, and space is limited, so it is wise to book in advance.
