Upgrades and Substitutions
Mutianyu Great Wall Upgrade
This recommended upgrade takes you a little further to Mutianyu, a less touristy section of the wall (just over one hour from Beijing). Includes return cable car ticket (good if you don't want to walk too much) or cable car up/toboggan sled down with 1 hour wall walk.
Cost: CNY 200 per vehicle plus CNY 100 per guest. Includes cable car/toboggan sled tickets.
Real Local Shopping
On weekends the Panjiayuan Market may be substituted for the Temple of Heaven or the Ming Tombs.
Meals and Shows
A genuine ethnic Tibetan or Xinjiang/Muslim Dinner and Dance Show may be substituted for Dinner & Show on second day at no extra charge.
Upgrade show ticket seats from budget to next higher level: CNY 150 per person.
If you do not want dinner and a show on the second day you may deduct CNY 120 per person.
We cater to vegetarians at no additional cost, please inform us when booking.
Child Discounts
Note that in China child discounts are done by height, not age. Children under 1.2 meters receive discounts. However let us know your children's ages and we will make concessions as possible.
Payment Methods
Cash in Chinese CNY or foreign currency at least one day before your tour. You may visit our office or we can send a courier to your hotel. Courier service fee is CNY 100.
